Chadwick Collings successful in defending nurse in malpractice case

Chadwick Collings successfully defended a nurse charged with malpractice. He won a victory in Iberville Parish after a week-long jury trial. The clients, both the insurer and the nurse, were extremely pleased with the result. Mr. Collings was able to convince the jury that much of the fault was connected to a device manufacturer who was an unnamed party in the litigation.

Andrew Capitelli joins the firm

Milling says good-bye to David Conroy

It is with sadness that we say good-bye to long-time Milling partner, David Conroy. Mr. Conroy joined the firm in 1952 after graduating from law school. He passed away on March 27 at the age of 81. His presence at the firm will be greatly missed.
